The aims of the CRNJ
Our motivation stems from our firm commitment towards reaching the full potential of the National Reference Centre for Gardening, at the same time promoting technological and methodological innovation in the field of Professional Training for Employment, both on a national and on a regional level.
In search of excellence in training
Our objective is to study new trends in training, analyse how they are tried and tested, and also to promote a series of networks, both in the business world and with trade unions, as well as with universities and technology centres. In this way we aim to become leaders in our productive sector and, in particular, be at the forefront in developing all the qualifications related to the professional field of Agrarian Development, as detailed in the National Catalogue of Professional Qualifications.
Adaptive methodology
In order to reach this goal, specific measures will be adopted, and those projects and programmes needed to meet the needs of emerging and innovative sectors will be promoted. Our professional training schemes will thus become more competitive and will remain in line with the productive changes constantly arising in the world of work.
